Charlotte joined the FPA in 2020, having worked in recruitment for over 15 years. She manages the day-to-day operation of the FPA’s membership scheme including the onboarding of new members, processing membership enquiries and renewals, maintaining our member database, and supporting the continuous improvement of our membership offering and benefits.
