Purchased membership online
If you purchased membership online, you will be able to access the members’ area immediately once payment has been received and your account has been activated.
If you have requested an invoice, the members’ area will be available once payment has been received and your account has been activated.
Please click the activation button and follow the instructions. You will need to set up a password and security question.
Purchased membership over the phone
If you have purchased membership over the phone, our membership team will need to process your payment before you are able to access the members’ area.
If you have not already got an Okta account, our membership team will create one and trigger an Okta activation email.
