Building a Safer Future - London

Duration: 1 day(s)

Due to popular demand, our Building a Safer Future seminar returns to the Cavendish Conference Centre in London. This seminar will take a refreshed look at the government's implementation plan and how safety standards and regulations are changing in the wake of Grenfell.

The seminar will feature leading experts who will discuss the Government's implementation plan to the Hackitt Review and how safety standards and regulations are changing in the wake of Grenfell. You will discover implications for industry, stakeholders, and residents of tall buildings, and how different agencies can work together to improve and promote fire safety.

The government's response to Dame Judith's recommendations, “Building a Safer Future”, was released in December and confirmed that a ‘stronger and more effective regulatory framework’ is required which ‘commits the government to a programme of reform over the coming years’. It is paramount that businesses are prepared and equipped for the imminent forthcoming changes.
