Suitable for employees and consultants who already carry out fire risk assessments and are looking to specialise in residential properties. This course will focus on guidance specific to the residential sector, including BS9991, ADB and LACORS. A firm understanding and experience of undertaking fire risk assessments will be required to attend.

Delivered via the Zoom platform, the course will run approximately 09:00 - 16:30 each day with taught sessions and group exercises. Some private offline work will also be required. Post course assessment will be uploaded through our Leaner Management Platform.  The course will include:
