We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our busy department to provide administrative support to the Training Team across a varied range of functions including customer relationship management, monitoring and maintaining effective records, and liaison with clients. You will be joining an established team in a busy department which supports our trainers and assessors across a wide range of delivery. Full training will be given on all systems.
Key Accountabilities:
- Course bookings administration
- Supporting trainers and assessors with course delivery through provision of materials and monitoring of platforms
- Maintaining learning management systems
- General liaison with customers
- Operational team support
We are looking for a confident communicator with an excellent eye for detail. Experience of working in a training or learning environment is beneficial but not essential.

- Confidence in talking with customers on the telephone

As part of a small team, this role is vital to the smooth and successful running of a busy training department. Managing workload at busy periods is one of the more challenging aspects of this job. Taking advice from other team members in order to prioritise work and hit deadlines is essential.
