Sophie joined the FPA in 2025 having previously worked in the automotive industry. She supports the Head of Operations and Compliance with the operational delivery of quality, upholding best practice approaches and high-quality standards, and ensuring compliance. Her main responsibilities include managing document control and carrying out internal auditing. Sophie holds a BA in Fine Art from Oxford Brookes University and certifications in internal auditing for ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
