Mitchell joined the FPA in 2025 with a commercial background in customer facing roles. His key responsibilities are coordinating pre and post training course enquiries for the FPA’s wide-ranging fire safety training programme which involves daily correspondence with delegates and course bookers. He also supports the FPA’s trainers with in house training courses within the classroom and online.
