Emily joined the FPA in 2023 having previously worked in the aviation industry. She provides administrative support within the Human Resources department, including assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, employee training programmes, maintaining employee records, and providing general support to the HR Manager. Emily has successfully completed a Level 5 qualification in Intermediate Human Resource Management.
