Denise joined the FPA in 2022 after working in the education sector for 14 years and gaining experience in customer services and administrative roles. She manages the qualifications team, ensuring complete processes and policies for assessment and IQA for the FPA’s fire safety qualifications. She is also responsible for liaising with awarding bodies and partners to support learners during their qualifications.
