We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Training team as an Assessment Manager. In this role, you will lead the delivery of high-quality assessment and internal quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, processes and external awarding organisation standards.
You will manage and support the Assessor and IQA team, oversee the IQA strategy across qualification pathways, and monitor assessment practices to maintain consistent, fair and reliable decisions. Acting as Lead IQA, you will observe assessor practice, provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement, and coordinate assessment and quality assurance activities to uphold the highest standards.
The FPA are looking for an Assessor & IQA with relevant experience to join our Training Department to support learners through their qualification journeys.
