  • The combustibility of modern building materials and testing them as a system rather than individually. At the FPA, we provide an advanced service which goes above and beyond to test the fire resilience of materials, allowing your brand to show due diligence that you care for your clients and their biggest life investments.  
  • Fire spread between buildings is another large concern for many of our clients. To help them make decisions about their materials and building features, we can replicate real life scenarios in a safe environment, providing them with accurate reports and data to work with.

We can also test cladding materials to BS 8414 on existing buildings and research and development on new builds.
