This RISCAuthority core document is a consolidated version of the seven Tables in BDM02 Fire protection of buildings – Core Document – Compartmentation and Sprinkler Rules Revision 2 – 2022 in an A3 poster format. The complete document is available here.
This RISCAuthority core document updates the previous guidance of BDM02 Revision 1 on enhanced compartmentation for property protection. BDM02 Revision 2 synthesises the LPC Sprinkler Rules Technical Bulletin TB206: 2020 Rev 1 Passive fire protection of sprinklered buildings into the format of Purpose Group tables for compartment size and fire resistances.
