This Third Edition of the annotated Insurer Approved Document B (ADB) Volume 2: Buildings other than Dwellings is based on the consolidation of ADB Volume 2 (2019 as amended 2020 and 2022) published in December 2022 by the Secretary of State at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). It has a companion annotated Insurer First Edition of Volume 1 for Dwellings.
