Fire & Bulding Design - Introduction

Fire Safety Engineering is a relatively new discipline and there are many myths and misunderstandings about this area.

The FPA runs a number of training courses on fire safety engineering issues including:

• Fire Safety Engineering Principles and Practice
• Fire Protection in Building Design

Fire engineering is also covered in our training on National Occupational Standards - click here for more information: National Occupational Standards

Our courses are designed to contain practical and informative subject matter that is relevant to those attending the course. Courses range from a minimum of one day to several days’ duration. Certificates can be issued to form part of your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records, if required.

The FPA has a huge breadth and depth of knowledge of all areas of fire safety and engineering and is the UK’s national fire safety organisation. Who better to carry out your training?

As with all FPA training, these courses can be run on a bespoke basis at a time and place convenient for our customers.

Significant reductions are available for those who would like to study a combination of any of our introductory, intermediate and advanced level courses.

If you would like further information about any of these courses please contact the FPA’s Business Development Executive on +44 (0)20 8884 4050.
