Construct Fire Safety Seminar 29th June

Monday June 29th saw the FPA host a seminar on Managing Modern Construction and an introduction to the 7th Edition of the Joint Code of Practice.

Hosted at the University of Warwick over 40 delegates attended this one day seminar on Construct Fire Safety.

A wide range of bodies were invited to speak on the subject and speakers included representatives of the Construction Federation, the Swedish Fire Protection, the Health and Safety Executive and the Fire Service.

As the list of speakers suggests there were a number of topics covered during the day including an overview of the changes and additions to the 7th Edition, managing modern construction and protocols for maintaining effective liaison with enforcers.
