The FPA offers three grades of membership, providing increasing levels of benefits, including downloadable publications, advice, online services, training and technical expertise. The graded membership scheme is designed to enable companies to choose a fire safety package tailored to their requirements.

Bronze membership
£140.00 per annum
Benefits:

Bronze membership provides news, opinion, advice and guidance for all fire safety professionals, fire protection product manufacturers and all who specify or purchase fire safety products.
Silver membership
£350.00 per annum
Benefits:
- all the benefits of bronze membership (see above)
- online access to a massive range of FPA publications and guidance documents, worth over £750.00. These include all the titles in the FPA Library of Fire Safety; a wide range of books on fire prevention, security and health and safety; an extensive range of Recommendations documents; Codes of Practice; Design Guide documents; Reports; Technical Briefing Notes; pocket cards and leaflets on fire prevention and extinguishment and more. All publications are fully downloadable.
Silver membership is a must for anyone responsible for managing a company’s fire safety regime, and designing, installing or maintaining fire safety systems. Members will have immediate access to a wide range of advice and guidance, enabling them to improve their knowledge and expertise.
Gold membership
£950.00 per annum
Benefits:
- all the benefits of both bronze and silver membership (see above)
- £750.00 worth of credit for use in purchasing FPA publications, consultancy or training services
Gold membership provides total peace of mind for all professionals responsible for the safety of people or property and can help companies to ensure that they meet their legal obligations under fire safety law.
The FPA offers a huge range of publications, including videos, DVDs and CDs. The FPA consultancy team can provide advice on a very wide range of fire safety matters, such as drawing up a risk assessment and managing a fire safety regime. The team can even provide an annual evaluation of a company’s systems and procedures. Meanwhile, the FPA offers over 55 training courses in fire and health and safety, ranging from courses in basic firefighting and fire prevention to advanced courses on sprinklers or fire detection and alarm systems. The training department also offer customised training solutions which enable course content, locations and timings to be tailored to suit specific training needs.
Additional logins
The FPA membership fee covers online access for one user only. Companies who wish to obtain extra user logins for their employees can purchase additional login rights at the following rates:
BRONZE: £60 pa each additional user
SILVER: £175 pa each additional user
GOLD: £175 pa each additional user
Additional users will also be sent a monthly copy of Fire Risk Management Journal.
